Certificate Information

What the certificate is

Students who successfully complete the program may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by nurulu. This certificate documents completion of the program. It is not an academic degree, college credit, government license, or government-issued professional credential.

The certificate shows your name, the name of the program and the date of completion. It is a record that you finished the full program, including its assignments. Each program page says whether the program issues a certificate.

What the certificate is not

• It is not an academic degree, diploma or college credit, and it cannot be transferred to a school.
• It is not a government license, government registration or government-issued professional credential.
• It is not issued or endorsed by any social media or advertising platform.
• It does not certify a level of skill to any outside standard; it certifies that you completed our program.
• It does not promise employment, clients, income or any specific result.

nurulu is a private, for-profit online professional training provider. We provide non-degree educational programs focused on practical digital marketing and social media skills. We are not a college or university and do not award academic degrees or college credit.

How you earn it

To receive the certificate you must:

1. be enrolled in the program with an active enrollment (paid in full and not refunded);
2. mark every lesson in every module of the program as complete in your student portal;
3. complete every assignment or project the program requires, using your own work, following the instructions given inside the lessons; and
4. do all of this before your access period ends.

Your student portal records the date and time you mark each lesson complete. Once every lesson of the program is marked complete, we prepare your certificate and email it to the email address on your account within 5 business days. There is no exam and no additional fee. The program page says whether a program includes assignments.

Format

The certificate is a digital PDF issued by nurulu and sent to you by email. You can save it, print it, attach it to a resume, or share it on your professional profiles. We do not mail printed certificates.

Verification

Employers, clients or anyone else can verify a certificate by emailing hello@nurulu.com with the name on the certificate, the program name and the completion date shown. We confirm whether the certificate is valid and matches our records. We do not share any other student information without the student's permission.

Corrections and reissues

If your name is misspelled, email us from the email address on your account and we will reissue the certificate with the correction. If you lose the file, email us and we will resend it.

Revocation

We may cancel a certificate if it was obtained by submitting someone else's work, by sharing an account, or if the enrollment is refunded or reversed through a payment dispute. A cancelled certificate no longer verifies.
