Enrollment Agreement

1. Parties

This Enrollment Agreement is between nurulu ("nurulu", "we", "us") and the person named on the order ("you", the "student"). It incorporates our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

nurulu is a private, for-profit online professional training provider. We provide non-degree educational programs focused on practical digital marketing and social media skills. We are not a college or university and do not award academic degrees or college credit.

2. What you are purchasing

You are purchasing one online training program, as follows:

• The program: the program named on your order, with the content, number of modules and lessons, estimated hours, format, assignments, live sessions (if any) and support described on its program page at the time of purchase. The program page is the description of the service.
• The price: the price shown at checkout in US dollars. It is the full price of the complete program. Sales tax, if it applies in your state, is shown separately at checkout and added to the total.
• The access period: the access period shown on the program page and at checkout, counted from the moment access is granted. If the program page says access does not expire, your access continues for as long as nurulu operates the program.
• A Certificate of Completion issued by nurulu when you complete all lessons and any required assignments, if the program page says the program issues one, as described in Certificate Information.

Anything not listed on the program page is not included. In particular, the program does not include done-for- you services, paid advertising budgets, software subscriptions, job placement or any individual business services.

3. Delivery

The program is delivered entirely online through the nurulu student portal. Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed: we create your student account, enroll you in the program and email you a receipt with a sign-in link. There is nothing physical to ship. You need a device with a modern web browser and an internet connection to use the program.

We record the date and time your access was granted, your account creation, each sign-in and each lesson you open or complete. These records are our proof that the program was delivered.

4. Eligibility

By accepting this agreement you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you reside in the United States, that the name and email on the order are yours, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. No college degree and no prior marketing experience are required to enroll.

5. Student responsibilities

As a student you agree to:

• keep your sign-in details private and not share your account or the materials with anyone;
• use the materials for your own learning only, and not copy, record, redistribute or resell them;
• complete assignments with your own work;
• treat instructors, support staff and other students with respect in live sessions and messages;
• keep your contact information up to date so you receive program notices;
• follow the rules of the platforms you use while practicing what you learn (for example, advertising and community policies of social networks); and
• pay the full price shown at checkout.

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund, as described in the Terms of Service.

6. What the program is not

The program is professional skills training. It is not an academic degree program, it does not award college credit, and it is not a government license or government-issued professional credential. Our programs do not participate in Title IV federal student aid programs. FAFSA, Pell Grants, federal student loans, and other Title IV federal student aid cannot be used to pay for our courses. 7. Refunds and cancellation

Full refund if you request it within 3 calendar days of purchase and have completed no more than 1 lesson (preview lessons do not count). After that, the purchase is final. If nurulu cancels a program, you receive a full refund. Partial refunds are not offered. The same full refund applies if nurulu cannot provide the access described on the program page. 8. Results

nurulu does not guarantee earnings, employment, client acquisition, business revenue, return on investment, or any specific financial result. Individual results vary based on many factors, including experience, effort, market conditions, implementation, and other circumstances. No advisor, instructor or marketing material can change this. 9. How your acceptance is recorded

You accept this agreement electronically at checkout by signing it, either by drawing your signature or by typing your full name. The signature statement confirms that you are 18 or older, that you reside in the United States, and that you agree to this Enrollment Agreement, the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You cannot complete a purchase without signing. When you do, we store with your order:

• your signature (the drawing or the typed name) and the date and time you signed;
• the IP address and browser (user agent) used;
• the version of the agreement you signed (the current version is 2026-08-26); and
• the name, email, phone number and address on the order.

This electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. Your receipt email confirms the program, the price and the date of purchase. If you would like a copy of the signed agreement, email us and we will send it.

10. Changes

Your enrollment is governed by the version of this agreement that you accepted at checkout. We may publish updated versions for future enrollments; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
