Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of nurulu.com and the online training programs sold on it. Please read them before you create an account or enroll in a program.
1. Who we are
nurulu is a private, for-profit online professional training provider. We provide non-degree educational programs focused on practical digital marketing and social media skills. We are not a college or university and do not award academic degrees or college credit.
In these terms, "nurulu", "we", "us" and "our" refer to nurulu. "You" refers to the person using the website or enrolling in a program. By using the website, creating an account or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, when you enroll, the Enrollment Agreement.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a program you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- reside in the United States;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- use a payment method that you are authorized to use.
We may ask you to confirm your eligibility at checkout. If we learn that a purchase was made by someone who does not meet these requirements, we may cancel the enrollment.
3. Your account
When your payment is confirmed we create a student account for you using the name and email address you provided. You sign in with a secure link sent to that email address or with a password you set. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@nurulu.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
You must give us accurate contact information and keep it up to date. We use it to deliver your program, send receipts and respond to support requests.
4. Programs and access
Our programs are digital educational services delivered online through the nurulu student portal. Each program page describes what the program includes: the number of modules and lessons, estimated hours, format, the access period, whether assignments or live sessions are part of the program, and the support you receive. The program page is the description of what you buy.
Access to the program is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed and lasts for the access period shown on the program page and at checkout. Some programs have no access expiration. When an access period ends, your enrollment closes and you can no longer open the lessons unless you purchase the program again.
We may update lessons, replace videos, fix errors and improve materials during your access period. We may also retire a program. If we retire a program before you have had the chance to complete it, we will either keep your access open for a reasonable period or refund you as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. License to use the materials
When you enroll, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the program materials for your own learning during your access period. The materials include videos, text, worksheets, downloads, assignments and any other content we make available in the program.
This license does not allow you to sell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise share the materials with others.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- share your account, sign-in link or password with anyone else, or let others use your enrollment;
- download, record, copy, screenshot in bulk, redistribute or resell any part of the program materials;
- post program materials on other websites, file-sharing services, social media or group chats;
- use the materials to build a competing course or product;
- attempt to bypass access controls, probe our systems or interfere with the website or portal;
- use automated tools to scrape the website or the portal;
- submit false information, impersonate another person or use someone else's payment method; or
- use the website or programs for any unlawful purpose.
7. Prices, payments and taxes
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price shown on the program page and at checkout is the full price of the complete program. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. By completing checkout you authorize the charge for the total shown.
Prices do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies to online educational services in your state, it is calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide. The total, including any tax, is shown before you confirm the payment.
We may change program prices at any time. Price changes do not affect programs you have already purchased.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. In summary, you may request a full refund within a short window after purchase as long as you have completed no more than 1 lesson (preview lessons do not count). After that window, or after more progress, purchases are final. Please read the full policy before you enroll.
9. Certificate of Completion
Students who successfully complete the program may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by nurulu. This certificate documents completion of the program. It is not an academic degree, college credit, government license, or government-issued professional credential. See Certificate Information for details on how the certificate is earned and verified.
10. No guarantee of results
nurulu does not guarantee earnings, employment, client acquisition, business revenue, return on investment, or any specific financial result. Individual results vary based on many factors, including experience, effort, market conditions, implementation, and other circumstances. Our programs teach skills; what you do with them is up to you. Read our Results Disclaimer.
11. Intellectual property
The website, the nurulu name and logo, and all program materials are owned by nurulu or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any materials to you. Work you create while completing assignments belongs to you; by submitting it inside the portal you allow us to review it for the purpose of delivering the program and issuing your certificate.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the programs, we may use them without any obligation to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access without refund if you breach these terms, including by sharing your account or redistributing materials, or if you initiate a payment dispute for a charge you authorized. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@nurulu.com; closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Sections 5, 6, 9 through 15 survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
The website and programs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, that materials will be free of inaccuracies, or that the skills taught will suit every business or job. Platform policies, advertising rules and social media algorithms change often; we update materials on a reasonable schedule but cannot promise that every lesson reflects the latest change at every moment.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nurulu and its owners, employees, instructors and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to the website or the programs, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the materials.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@nurulu.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court where permitted.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Material changes are posted on this page and, for enrolled students, announced in the portal or by email. Your purchase is governed by the version of the terms you accepted at checkout, which we record with your order. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Other terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Enrollment Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the programs. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your enrollment to anyone else.
18. Contact
